Aligning Your Energy: Powerful Sacral Chakra Affirmations For Creativity And Passion

You might have watched Naruto and remember the root of all the character’s power.

All of them used chakra energy. Opening their chakra points they gained a lot of additional power.

Chakra means a wheel or a disc.

They are, as per belief, the energy center is located in your body.

They could scientifically be nerve bundles or the location of a major organ.

In number, they count to 7. Our concern is Sacral Chakra affirmations.

What is the sacral chakra?

It is one of the seven chakras in our body, and can be imagined to be a little below the navel. What it does is that it is associated with our reproductive system and creativity.  And there are ways to strengthen it, of course, to enhance your creativity and play in bed.

These could be physical ones, the most popular being yoga and meditation. You could even get a massage for it. Or maybe do something creative like sketching or some art.

Strengthening the sacral chakra means to unblock these centers. These blocks can be the reason for you not to feel that good.

Why Sacral Chakra Affirmations, then?

These affirmations are just positive sentences you can repeat and tell yourself. It will help to unblock your chakra centers.

Remember to be cautious, affirmations can be good, but only for some. It is shown and known in a study that affirmation, when repeated by a person with low self-esteem can only makes them feel worse.

So if you are a person with low self-esteem then maybe don’t repeat these to yourself.

You can even make a journal for all the times these affirmations bring happiness to your life.

A look at the history

The sacral chakra is a Hindu and Buddhist concept. Originally it was associated with their mediation technique. Its meaning and understanding have evolved overtime to something new.

It wasn’t acceptable or popular for quite a time here in the West, for being something not that solid. But now even in the West, people are coming to accept it and embracing it in their lives.

 Conclusion

Having an open or rather say a balanced chakra, as an opened chakra could even be over reactive (which is not so good), can lead to well being in life. Even water is an essential thing to consider.

As energy is in flow, water’s fluidity just enhances its effects. So do not forget to drink your daily doses of water.

Remember, chakra, when not open or blocked, can cause many adverse effects like in expression, inappropriate ways of sexual expression, feeling low, or not being able to do any creative work at all.

Besides physical ways, yoga, meditation, and diet are also crucial. Moreover, reciting positive affirmations is always good even when we don’t consider chakra.
